I came from the UK to carry out medical treatment for my child. It is in the worst location you could possibly think of not safe at all.

It is a homeless shelter.

“Worst motel I've ever seen.”

It was a good price and the motel was clean, but everything else was horrible. Illegal activity happening out in the open, LOTS of people hanging out in the halls, outside their rooms, and in the parking lot. I had my belongings in my car because I was moving, and people were eyeballing my car and shouting at my dog. A dog was running loose with no leash, nipping at my heels and barking.

Rooms and beds were comfy

“The operators of the hotel did not see the reservation and insisted that the price will be $100 more”

The operators of this hotel are fraudulent and use deceptive trade practices. They claimed there was no reservation and that the rates for great guests like us was $100 more than our reservation. The rooms were very run down, dirty and with many gaps around the doors allowing the plentiful insects to enter the rooms. If it was not for the Wyndham name, one would not even consider stopping at this dump. Weatherstripping around the doors would seem to be such a common item and required by the building code was just not tight and not functioning if it was even present. Room after room had the same defects. There was no room that had a functioning door.

Room appears to be clean my son sheets had red stuff on them. The room had water leaks thur out the whole room. The tissue was wet from the leak

The bed was so comfortable

They shouldnt say they have hot breakfast when the only thing hot that they do have is coffee and toast you have to heat up yourself .. they should maybe consider hotter breakfast

I cancelled my reservation at another hotel down the street. Came to Baymont by Wyndham after making a reservation online for 02/10-02/11-2024. Reservation didn't show because it was after Midnight. Tried to go somewhere till check-in. Asked if there was a room and would pay cash. Was told a party that pre-paid online was a no-show and was offered that room with discount from the pre-paid online price.
