No facility provided as mentioned in the booking problem with plumbing no hot water supply. Zero maintenance of all electric equipment at the room. Very worst experience. Also it's not up to the value for money

From the point of check in everything was well taken care of. Any need like bike hiring, to cab booking, to food arrangement. Any special requirement since we were traveling with our 3 year kid was addressed to the best. The place is just a stone throw away from the beach. A quite location away from crowd but still close to all shops and restaurants just 5 mins walk away.

The owner and staff were all very helpful and kind. Some things went wrong but were swiftly dealt with and fixed. I felt they were really looking after me. The rooms all look out onto a lovely garden, it is peaceful and beautiful.

Nice family B&B next to the beach. The location is great for exploring both Pondicherry and Auroville. Very good ambience - especially in the beautiful large garden where I could just sit in the evening and relax. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only families were staying so it felt very safe especially for a solo traveller like me (European lady visiting India for the first time).

“Very bad experience at the resort”
The rooms very very untidy. The mattress are very hard. Toilets were dirty. The staff were very rude. They forced us to leave the room immediately by 11. Especially the guy who runs the resort is very unprofessional. They said breakfast was included, where they provided only idly and dosa which also tasted very bad. No other items were available. The resort has very narrow road access. The staff were very rude and demanded extra money for check out. It's a big NO to choose this resort for our leisure stay.
