“I was a very good stay! The apartment is quiet and warm and a lovely place to rest.”
The host was quick to respond when we had queries. The apartment was better equipped than expected, which made for a very comfortable and convenient stay.

After checking out, the host called me on my personal number and aggressively yelled at me for bringing a dog to the apartment. She never gave me the chance to explain why I brought the dog (it was explicitly allowed in the property description, which I later sent her as a screenshot, and will attach to this review), she just kept yelling and insulting me. With my wife listening in horror, it was frankly embarrassing for me and a terrible way to end this stay. I wish the host would have simply asked why I had brought the dog and given me a chance to explain that it was clearly allowed in the listing. She did text me later to apologize for the mistake, but the damage had been done. This is no way to treat a paying customer. Looking at the other reviews, this seems to be a pattern with this host mistreating guests. Therefore, I would strongly advise against engaging with this host.

“We’re pleased!”
The apartment served us well! Close to the ski lift and village center, clearly walkable also with ski gear. A room big enough to eat meals and move around in for a couple, small and well equipped kitchen, very small but functioning bathroom. Locker for the skis at bottom floor. The hostess Everlyn gave clear instructions and was easy accessible by Booking messaging during our stay, which we appreciated. Good to know: one brings towels and sheets, the bed is 140 cm with one double duvet. And if needed before or after check in/check out of the apartment the near by tourist information can store luggage.

“A great stay in a great location”
