“Basic, but functional accomodation with good views. Needs to improve service”
The location is great, high on a hill overlooking the fjord. The famous Stegastein Lookout is just another 7 km up the same road.

Location was great, especially for Stegastein lookout. Instructions and communication clear. Lovely bar with food in Aurland itself with a supermarket if needed. Beautiful views to wake up to in the morning.

Once we asked for an upgrade we were very satisfied with the appartment and facilities and lovely balcony with great view. Very quiet and peaceful. Worth paying extra for a better appartment.

Very good place, perfect location. It was like cottages, there was privat kitchen and bathroom. All clean and working. If you want something luxurious, this is not for you. It is for people who want to be in nature and look ať fjords from the window

The location is amazing with lovely views on the Fjord. Close to the center and Flam as well as the Stegastein view The farmhouse is large accommodation but outdated and curtains are to be replaced. The heating was off and very cold inside. This took some time to heat up the location. Location is quiet and beds are comfortable Shower has no curtain or wall so the bathroom is getting pretty wet. We stayed here one night which was sufficient for the accommodation. For more nights we would need some more facilities We didn’t use the kitchen as the supermarket was closed so went out for dinner and breakfast.

“Wonderful lodges”
The view of course but also the convenience of having our own kitchen and plenty of space. The lodge felt spacious and open. The shower also was a great pressure for after our hikes.
