The place was really great, and the property owner was really humble and down to the earth. He let us checking in without taking money from us. He collected the money while going actually till today. I haven’t seen anyone doing this to anyone. He trust his customers and it’s our duty. Maintain the trust. Do not break it. he’s really humble, then there is no words to describe his kindness. The room was really clean and it kind of unique. It was well maintained kudos to the place and the owner.

way towards the room as the staircase was risky and if you are carrying luggage then it is difficult to get the luggage upstairs on iron staircase , it was really risky.

Stay was very nice. Room and washroom has decent space. Many places to have food on walking distance. Host is very polite and nice person.

Accommodation and complete facilities provided are cent percent better than expected . Inside the room, everything is perfectly provided and neatly arranged. No disturbances from the surroundings and many hotels are available at 500 metres away. We are completely satisfied with the amenities provided with.

"A Peaceful Oasis in Aurangabad City!" This stay in Aurangabad city, just 4 km from the railway station, was a perfect choice. Located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood away from the city bustle, it offered a serene environment. The host was exceptionally supportive and attentive, even waking up early to ensure our transfer was on time. He ensured all facilities were available, and the clear guidelines provided made accessing everything hassle-free. A truly thoughtful and well-managed stay!

The property is in a quiet street. You have your own entrance to the property. It’s away from the main centre which doesn’t matter because Ajanta and Ellora are the main attractions. There is a good Vegetarian restaurant 10mins walk called Balaji South Indian. Sudhir the owner was very friendly and helpful. He will help you with anything you ask. He delegates organising trips, airport pick etc to a nice auto rickshaw driver called Skirfan. Reasonable prices I thought.
