“We hated the service!!!!! And broke our trust on the booking.com as well. We will think twice.”
Nothing!!!!! The bookings were done and also fully paid. We were a family of 06 where there were below 5. We reached the hotel around 10 pm and when we reached the guy said that the booking was not done and he didn't even bother to say sorry. Then we contacted the given helpline which was connected to the Oyo helpline. The people we connected with helped us out. But this was a very bad impression. Unless and until you have confirmation the payment shouldn't be taken.

They didn't accept my online paid booking and told me to cancel the booking and told to take offline payment with double charges and my online full paid amount is still not refunded from oyo hotel site after complaining and emailing
