“Hotel should be de-listed as customer is sufferring and belief on Oyo booking will be disregarded.”
Very very bad experience i felt in l8fe as hotel is 15 km away from main city and there was nothing available nearby place for daily life needs. Most important there was no canteen or resturant facility in hotel even tea coffee not available. As per contract there was breakfast free but nothing is available. I questioned OYO how the contract was done without investigation or checking. I want refund of all three days in my account. I will sure lodge the complaint to consumer court againt both of party OYO and hotel iowner. Plz note it down.
