The family room was spacious, making our stay very comfortable. The living room was impressively large, and the two bedrooms were cozy and pleasantly cool, offering a restful environment. We also appreciated having two bathrooms—one in the Indian style and the other European—which added to the convenience. Location-wise, the property is ideally situated right next to the Solapur highway, making it easily accessible.

Property was well maintained and spacious alongwith kitchen with access to basic amenities that allowed us to cook breakfast / tea in morning hours. This helped us to utilize time effectively for sight seeing during our stay. Staff was very cooperative and polite as well and took good care of our requirements as expected. Property is adjacent to the main road and in close proximity of railway station/ bus stand which makes easy availability of public transport.

“Good stay with friendly staff at a reasonable price”

The staff were very flexible and friendly. They speak really good English. I will give four examples: (1) I asked for an ATM, and they immediately gave me a ride on their motorbike to a nearby ATM. It was an experience. 😉 (2) We asked for laundry, and they asked a laundry company to come by to pick up our clothes within an hour. They also helped us negotiate a good price. (3) They helped us arrange taxis to go to Ajanta and Ellora caves for half the price of online tour guides. (4) We changed our dates last minute. But they had no problem with that. We called in the morning and everything was fine, no extra charges etc. Additionally, room was clean, there was hot shower, reception was available when we asked for water etc.

It is around 1.2 km from the railway station. The place was neat and clean. Our train was reaching early in the morning, so they arranged an auto for us. The kitchen has induction and basic utensils. They provided us extra induction as well on request. They have cab service as well, if you want to book for a day trip. Swiggy insta mart is available, so you can order groceries etc. if you want to cook. There were some auto shops near it, but it was no big deal. Eateries are not available nearby but you can order on swiggy and Zomato.
