Parking was in an awkward place. Bed was good.

Staff showed me 2 rooms upon arrival from which I could pick one. Rooms are spacious and clean and had no issues.

Excellent Services especially by Raagas, he ensure a smooth checkin and also provided us with the Welcome cards and also provided information on local attaractions. Please convey my heartfelt thanks from our family. Its unfortunate that we could not meet him as we checked out in the morning and he works in the evening shifts.

The price was very affordable, the staff was helpful. At the beginning the wifi did not work properly and they fixed it by the next day. The restaurant on the top floor offered breakfast and dinners also for a good price.

“Comfy room but location not great”

Positives: Rooms were a good size, a good selection of English movie channels, air con was very good. Wifi was stable. Clean rooms, although the bathroom had limescale. Bedding was clean, but a few stains. Aashish on reception spoke good English and was helpful. When we checked in, the fridge didn't work, but luckily they replaced it straightaway.

Overall everything was good from the time of check in till check out manager Mr Aashish was so kind enough to provide everything us and we are totally satisfied and the management has also changed and rooms are big and clean and food was also very tasty. I highly recommended everyone to visit once and onething I wanted to add is you will get all amenities once you call them on Reception desk and it will be provided within 5 minutes. I loved that part as compared to other t Hotels the service is just awesome 👌

Good location, plenty of restaurants and easy access to local sites and bus to Ellora. Food in hotel restaurant very good. Room reasonable size.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, we were welcomed very joyfully...it seemed like they were waiting for us only. Room was big and and the decor is amazing. Clean hotel and well maintained...had good breakfast...lot of places to Go around... eateries & market is walking distance....The WiFi worked good... Our train was late evening....they allowed to leave our baggage in the cloak room & also gave room for fresh up before leaving for the train station.... awesome hospitality...keep it up.

We loved everything ! Location was easily accessible, hotel was clean , modern , staff amazing .. Rooms spacious and super modern. We slept so well , as they do have comfy beds and you can’t hear a thing , I’m a super light sleeper , and couldn’t hear anything!!! Defo book it for a cute getaway .. definitely coming back !!! Nice breakfast. So many nice places around for food, and to walkway around. Convenient to arrive from airport. They also arranged car to Ellora and Ajanta, in good price. The manager was super helpful, guiding us for places to visit. Highly recommend.

Good Hospitality... Big rooms. Comfy bed. They arrange to bring us from Airport & later to ellora & ajanta with reasonable price. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is good . Though we have to pay for it. We had excellent stay.
