“Awful.”
The hotel claimed there was no reservation for me until the following day even though they were shown that they had confirmed the booking via Booking.com and were shown this On my phone. I contacted Booking.com but that was of no help as I was directed to the hotel to resolve the problem when the hotel was the problem. Booking.com proved absolutely useless. Finally after a lot of hassling I got a room at 10.30 p.m.

“Worst service on booking.com”
When I visited the hotel staff said to cancel the booking as rooms are not available.a Then I needed to search for hotel at that moment. Very bad experience on booking.com
