“Great place for a quiet few days.”

The owner responded to our emails promptly so we could get in to the property as soon as we arrived. Lovely decor, comfortable and great shower. Plenty of free parking spaces outside. Small supermarket over the road selling bread, milk and beer. We ate at the local hotel and enjoyed the meal. A few other places that we didn't have time to try. All very convenient for an unexpected short stay after our vehicle broke down.

“Good for a stopover”

Good for a stopover in otherwise unremarkable little town, close to the highway. It was December, so rarely a sunny time of the year. Great that our pet was welcome. Fully equipped kitchen. Even a Christmas tree. Great space for a family, it sleeps 6 people.

Such a wonderful place to stay. If we are in the neighborhood again in the future we're definitely sleeping here again.

Aumale is beautiful. There is a watermill the other side of the building plus a lovely boulangerie and vegetable shop with local cheese as well. The supermarket is opposite the house, but we didn't use it as we went to the local shops. The apartment is quirky, on different levels. The kitchen was reasonably equipped with electric kettle, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, crockery, utensils and small washing machine. The owner suggested we use the EV charger by the swimming pool. In the morning we found another close to the mill stream which was closer. Photo attached. I deal for a quiet stop over on the way to catching the euro tunnel crossing. Supermarket across the road and open until 7.30pm. Easy access from the Motorways.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Very quiet location despite being immediately opposite a supermarket, convenient for shopping and within a five-minute walk of an excellent restaurant.

Very clean, and well-equipped. Based opposed to a supermarket & bakery, and all basic facilities are available in the village
