I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. The hotel and garden were immaculate and the host was wonderful—so attentive and full of interesting knowledge about the local area. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Saint-Jean-d'Angély

“Warm welcome in a perfect location.”
From the time we drive in to the time, we left we were made extremely welcome. We had a cool drink in the beautiful quiet garden with good conversation with our host Tu. Matthew had decorated their home magnificently, with the most gorgeous bed linen. The nights sleep was exactly what was needed. We received a breakfast that was so lovely with the add fruit from the garden. It was a joy to stay with Tu and Matthew and we'll always treasure the memory.

everything about this place is calm, restful, spotlessly clean, well equipped and delightful. I was on day 29 of a pilgrimage from London and got the super rest I needed. breakfast was outstanding and tailored to my requirements. superb value. excellent care from the owners.

“Hidden treasure”
Spacious bedroom with view over the fields. Outside dining table so we could eat our simple meal. Ideal for walkers as it is directly on the Camino. The hosts were very helpful and kind. Always asking if we needed anything. Greeted with a welcome drink. Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. Very good coffee. They prepared breakfast early on our request as we needed to leave earlier than usual.
