We enjoyed our stay immensely. The accommodation was just perfect , we had everything we needed and more. The house is super clean and fully equipped. Very very quiet, as the name suggests. Thank you Penny and Simon for your hospitality.

first and formost Simon and Penny are real people. They want their clients to have a memorable time and they work at achieving same. they are not intrusive but are there to help if you have a problem. TV in our case. We had a night on Waiheke and when we got back Penny had restored the quiet quarter to its original condition.

It was extremely clean and all the utilities were very easy to use. They also have very efficient air conditioning, a coffee machine and supplied fresh water and milk! Penny was such a great host, introduction and tour was very welcoming. Overall an amazing stay, probably my favourite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Very nice outside area too Great for money.

This beautifully decorated back garden flat was our home for 3 days and it was perfect. Very good bed, good equipped kitchen and a small shower bathroom. It is in a calm and secure area but not far to Auckland centre. Parking is very easy and no fees. Wifi worked super. Very friendly hosts. We 100% recommend this place.

Everything about the Quiet Quarter is exceptional. Check in, location, amenities, facilities location to shops. If you need to be in the CBD this will not be fore you however it is only a very short walk to the train station. I can't rate the Quiet Quarter highly enough everything anyone could possibly need. “A quiet safe, clean and comfortable haven, what we needed to come back to each day after our visit.”

Our visit was very short and quick as we came back home from Perth to say our goodbyes to our beautiful Aunty with terminal cancer. She passed away 2 weeks after we left. Location was perfect as we were only 3-4 kms from where my Aunty was in Hospice care.

The house features a great range of amenities and is perfect for travellers who need a quiet space for work or rest. Communication was excellent. As was the location.
