Love staying here, but the bed was very hard and the pillows were very flat. We had a few ant issues also. But otherwise it's a great place to stay.

“Comfortable, well-appointed accommodation in a heritage building in Howick Village”
The Prospect of Howick is located on the main street of Howick Village. The rooms are well appointed, and the accommodation area is sparkling clean. There's a very good bar and restaurant downstairs that serves reasonably priced gastro pub food, there's a number of other bars and restaurants to choose from in Howick Village. The self service continental breakfast is reasonable - other cafes and a bakery nearby if you need other options. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily return for another stay.

The single room was represented very well and nice and clean all the other facilities like kitchen / bathrooms very clean Barry the owner was really helpful helped with my small case when arrived and checking out couldn’t praise enough for the whole experience

I love the warm homely welcome we received from Amber, she's amazing at what she does she has that very caring and welcoming nature about her which made me and my partner wants to come back here on our next get away alone time away. The room is so homely comfortable, and toilets and showers are so high class clean and very flash. The parking was also perfect. So thank you for our wonderful stay we will definitely be making more bookings to stay here for a day or maybe 2 days Thank you so much Amber keep up the amazing work you're doing.
