Location was great. Was quite noisy on Saturday but not a surprise based on lcoationb and there were ear plugs.

Location is awesome right in the heart of the Viaduct - loved that it had a coffee machine to start the day on the verandah overlooking the harbour with a coffee in hand. Well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Giraffe the cafe downstairs does amazing breakfasts. It was my birthday weekend and we loved our stay we will be booking again for sure. So many great restaurant options, we chose White & Wong and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely evening stroll around the Viaduct afterwards - if you want to experience the heart of Auckland this is a great room for it.
