We really liked the location, it was super convenient and made getting around easy. The heated towel rack was also a great touch, especially after a shower, and made the stay feel that little bit more comfortable.

Alittle more detail on where the door was for entry as it was very confusing with another locked door next door to where you enter the building. It was very confusing and stressful. Perhaps words like black digital keypad to the right of the large glass door with deceative V handle could be added. Dumpling shop to the left of the door. Perhaps add some pics to the email a week out from booking that shows street entry and a photo of the cupboards that held the lock boxs? Oh, and aliitle more punctuation in the email instructions 😉 I felt like such an idiot, but thank goodness for other guests who let me into the building, showed me where the lock boxes where and then how to work the elevator 😂 Parking card was great, however I needed help getting out as it wasn't clear where to swip card on machine to raise the bar. Didn't seem to matter where I tapped the card it didn't want to let me out... Overall the apartment was great and ticked all the boxes for what we needed for our stay. Many thanks 😊

Great location close to Sky tower and lots of dining options. The apartment was clean, beds were comfy, had everything we needed and was great that it had a washing machine and dryer.
