“It suited us for a short stay and the unit was warm and cosy.”
We liked staying there because it was close to where we were going during the day. Also has close access to the motorway and not far to Remuera shops.

Great location, very quiet and convenient. Friendly staff and lovely refurbished unit with all you could want including oven, air conditioning, bath and comfy beds. Parking right outside unit. Would highly recommend to others.

Room was clean, and definitely value for money. Location is very central and close to eating places and supermarkets. Convenient for visitors on a short stay.

“Phoenix Palm Accommodation Great Size One Bedroom Unit”
The one bedroom accommodation was a good layout with a separate bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen was large and had a good size fridge, microwave and freestanding oven with ceramic cook top. They supplied face cloths and there was a rubber mat in the shower. There was an air conditioner and Sky TV sports channels only, it was quiet and had good parking right outside the door. Location was excellent.

Great, quiet, off street location, easy walk to the BP for any needed supplies. Easy walk to public transport. Free parking. Tidy and clean. Value for money for a one bedroom unit and full kitchen. Nice friendly staff/owner, made sure to come and say Hi and check we had a good stay.
