The theatres and nightclubs along 'K' Road are just 100 metres away. SkyCity and Skytower are 15 minutes’ walk. The Viaduct and Spark Arena are a 5-minute drive. The location allows me to get there from the airport using public transportation, with a bus stop almost right at the doorstep. It is also close to restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities.
