Peaceful house right in the middle of the Somme. Large and good communications with hist. House is between two small villages..12.minute drive to Albert for restaurants..Why stay anywhere else?

“Lovely french country stay”
In a lovely quiet part of the country with all the amenities you need. Also the host Cyril was gracious, helpful and friendly and for an extra cost delivered a delicious breakfast to us. A lovely place to stay that is dog friendly. It is also 15 minutes from Albert which has lots of restaurants and shops.

Wonderfully peaceful, well equipped, spacious and airy. Very comfortable beds. While I was not aware of the historic surroundings of this property, the books and information in the house only enhanced our enjoyment of being there. A perfect place to stay if you have children who make lots of noise (as we do!)...as it is some distance from any property .

“Wonderful break”
Great location to explore this part of France, especially if you have an interest in the Great War. Cyril was very helpful when we needed a garage to sort a problem with our car.

Lovely detached clean comfortable and quiet large cottage in good location for WW1 monuments and museums. Excellent communication with the Owners who live nearby; quick and simple checking in and out.
