New kitchen and bathroom, but hardly any plates or pots and pans. Could not adequately cook. Huge new dishwasher but not much to put in. Very comfortable bed on the first floor, BUT NO LIVING AREA. if you hire a house (and not a cheap one) you expect to be able to "live" there. Two chairs upstairs near the bed is not a living area. Everything that is in the unit is new and top of the range, but it needs a couch and a tv downstairs. And coffee! It has been the only place on our whole trip where coffee for their specific coffeemachine was not provided (only 3 for a 3 day stay), which felt unwelcoming.
