“Because it was a handicap room the facilities did not meet our expectations.”
The bed was soooo comfortable. Nice to have seating outside. Did not use the pool but it looked nice with the tables and chairs around the pool. It was nice and bright with all of the windows. Breakfast was average. The evening clerk that checked us in was very nice and polite. What we did not like , in general was our room. We were given a handicapped room which was not what I booked. When we checked out we complained that our room was not what we requested. The clerk could not understand why our room was switched. And for that reason only we can give our stay a good rating.
