Very peaceful location that was private without being 'isolated'. Backing onto the creek was simply beautiful! The hot tub on the deck was a highlight and also felt very private with a lovely view. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends/family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed for the weekend. The location was excellent, very close to the main street and the Riesling Trail for peaceful walks.

“Absolutely blissful with every need fully catered to by friendly and welcoming owners.”
The property was clean well prepared with every conceivable need catered to. A gourmet breakfast was provided along with a lovely surprises of chocolate and wine. The heating was on keeping the property warm as it was a chilly winter afternoon and the spa was clean and warm and ready for use. Cathy and Michael were easily contactable and friendly and helpful. The property was walking distance to the caravan park where our friends were staying and also close to the walking and bike trail and Aubury Rising Sun hotel for a nice meal. I had forgotten my moisturiser and opened the bathroom cabinet to find a wide array of toiletries which was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed Italy and would highly recommend this property.

Clean and comfortable. Very well equipped. Great provisions for breakfast. Quiet despite a large workshop next door. Lovely toiletries - lots to choose from.

Everything! The BNB exceeded our expectations. Kathy & Michael have thought of everything you would need for the perfect getaway and the little luxuries they added were an extra plus. We felt relaxed from the first moment we walked through the door. To be surrounded by nature, going to bed listening to frogs, waking up to the sound of birds & having a spa bath under the stars was amazing. One Tree BNB is the perfect getaway, an amazing hideaway in a great location!

Exceptionally clean, the breakfast provisions were delicious. The additional touches through out like the beauty and pampering products in the bathroom, chocolates by the bed all made for a very special weekend away. The location is convenient for exploring the Clare Valley and very quiet.

“a charming romantic get away”
The location is amazing and the hot tub on the deck was perfect for the chilly weather. We could easily walk to the main street and the whole town is charming. Kathy and Michael really have thought of everything. The Terrior restaurant in town is a dining experience that I highly recommend. We were close to wineries and eateries and we had a wonderful stay.
