I rated the rest of the amenities in a neutral manner because we did not stay at the property but I rated the location as poor. The moment we got off from the uber ride, you get all sorts of feeling. The street was dirty, it’s full of litters and as we were trying to find the building, a group of drunk men crowded around us, and that was 11 in the morning. So we immediately moved out of the location and booked another hotel. I knew it was guaranteed booking and non-refundable since I cancelled it 2 hours before the check-in time but I tried to request from booking to waive the fee and of course it was not granted. I even paid the city tax. I hope booking will be more dilligent with their accreditation process.
