“Everything you need”
I was staying at another hotel first that was so bad that I ended up leaving early and booking this one for the remainder of my work trip. This was such a good decision! The rooms are clean, the bed is good, there is airco (amazing during a heatwave), the location is safe and quiet, metro in front of the door as well as two restaurants and a Franprix. I will definitely book again next time

Great hotel for short stay. Great price, connectivity to Metro and cleanliness. Easy self-check in. New and modern. Like the area, with 2 super markets, 2 brasserie, and a few okay restaurants.

Felt safe, overt clean and nice welcome at reception. Very near the metro and a few local bars and shops next to it, and the most amazing bakery that you can get breakfast or lunch to eat in or on way to go to sites

So close to Metro 12, easily accessible tucked away in an area of regeneration on a lovely square. Firm beds, in a clean room. 30mins walk from the Stade De France, 5mins from the Metro and major bus routes, although not central easy access to the centre at a very reasonable price.

I loved the man that greeted me at reception! I must of got to my hotel around 4pm on the 26th Feb and he was so helpful and friendly helping me check in and talking to me? Great customer service.
