“No frill, good value for money accommodation”
Though a bit away from central Paris, a metro station is only a minute away and access to the city centre is easy. Quiet and safe surroundings. The decor is simple, but the room is spacious and comfortable.

The accommadation was right next to the metro. ice big open rooms and kitchen and dishwasher inside the room.

It was near cifa and fashion centre, the flat was comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable,the bedside lamp was just right.

A special feeling to stay in this student area. It gives a special vibe, that was ok for me. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Many facilities were available for free.

“Reasonably priced apartments in a pleasant location”
I spent a long weekend here with friends and we had a very good experience. The staff is very friendly. We interacted with 4 different people during out stay and everyone was super polite and helpful. The location is great: metro station just across the street and the whole area has nice parks and new constructions. The apartments are comfortable and spacious.

friendly staff. easy to find. not in paris city centre but hotel is a few metre away from metro station and it's easy to get to everywhere. bakery is opposite the hotel. the area is quiet and safe.
