“The stay was okay but the experience was horrible because of the hosts.”
The host was irresponsible and unapologetic. We had requested for late night check in which was approved 9 days prior my arrival. Despite that, there was no communication on the self-check-in procedure. Somehow we reached the place, contacted the host (not present at the property) and checked in. To my surprise, the host didn’t keep even one bottle of water for us. Seychelles is a country which goes to sleep by 9 and I had landed at 10:30 pm. I couldn’t find even one shop to buy water. The host kept repeating that she was not sure if I was going to show up. Booking.com confirmed this booking with my credit card. I was bound to show up. She kept on giving rude excuses while we had to sleep without water the whole night. I paid 85 euros for nothing. The apartment looked unsafe to me because it was on the ground floor. I am seriously disappointed with the host for water issue and then the way she was unapologetic towards the whole thing. She just cared that I paid her the full amount. I didn’t like the experience at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone booking this place if they’re landing after 6 or 7 pm. You may have to struggle for basics.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and close to very beautiful beaches. It has everything needed even for a longer stay. There are supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended — we will definitely stay here again.

I’ve traveled a lot, but this place truly exceeded all my expectations. The staff is absolutely phenomenal—whatever you need, they are there to help with a smile. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. Everyone is so kind and professional. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Joanna was a great host. very kind. Allowed us a late checkout at 2 as we had a evening flight. Property is conveniently located near Takamaka rum factory and Artisan Village. Also has takeaway food joints and restaurants and supermarkets within easy distance. We stayed one night before our return and could easily explore Takamaka rum factory and Artisan village in half a day
