“Nice feeling to know that I had somewhere so friendly to come back to at any time of the day.”
There were 5 hot serving bowls where you had choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You could mix together from any of the bowls and have as much as you liked. There were 5 additional salad plates to add further to your needs. tea and coffee etc. of course. TV in rooms and lounge/bar with many international channels. Sound proofing in rooms excellent. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff that I quickly got to know. They were always asking if I had any needs or worries.

“Good hotel in Atyrau city”
Everything, staff is very polite, try to help. Room smaal, but very clean, shower, tv everyting is working, in winter time room is warm. Good team, good hotel, wish for hotel staff grow up, happy new year.

Hotel is very good and the price and quality correspond. Responsible and friendly staff😊The rooms are clean, quite spacious, cleaned every day, and all amenities (disposable toiletries in the bathroom and kettle, tea/coffee, etc.) are provided. Delicious and varied breakfast. Convenient location, almost on the riverside of the Ural. I'll definitely stop by again. I recommend it to everyone!

“I would happily stay at the Tengri Hotel if I ever find myself back in Atyrau.”
I was very impressed with the helpful attitude of the staff at the Tengri Hotel. The location was very convenient, especially being so close to the river.
