Many times during 5 years I choose this hotel and has no any issues with staying. Everything is good: staff, location, rooms, breakfast, check-in/out. Everything. Тhe level of service remains unchanged, which is uncharacteristic of many hotels in Kazakhstan

“Goldilocks would be happy here, everything is just right.”
A very pleasant hotel with Western comfort. My room was very quiet, the pocket spring mattress was a treat for my bad back and the curtains made it nice and dark at night. As a bonus, it was easy to connect my smartphone to the TV to watch my own shows. The breakfast was good, with a good selection of fresh produce. I liked that there was a little bit of variation in the breakfast every morning. Those small things make a stay special. I changed to this hotel after a few nights of bad sleep at a different hotel in Atyrau, and I'm unbelievably happy I did.

Clean and spacious room. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We received bottled water in our room, and there was a small fridge as well. We would stay here again.
