“Excellent, comfortable, definitely another visit”
Excellent location, clean rooms, high standards maintained, food quality was good, most exceptional was the front desk staff and a big thank you to Alisher for assisting me with my trips around the city. I did not catch the names of the rest of the staff but they were all exceptional and very professional.

“Great place for a couple of nights”
I really liked the location and the free parking. I also enjoyed the club lounge — it was a perfect place to relax, work, and have a cup of coffee. Special thanks to Alisher at the reception for his professionalism. He welcomed me with a smile and kindly helped me with planning my next trip, pointing me in the right direction for assistance. Overall, my stay was excellent.

“Average Stay in Atyrau”
The location is good and easy to reach shopping and restaurants. The gym is prpbably one of tbe biggest in Atyrau along with spa option. The restaurant is average with no complaints.
