“Perfect location and value for money”
Very good location, close to all restaurants, cafes and beautiful Mosque. That was very helpful and comfortable during my stay in holy Ramadan. Staff was providing early breakfast (3 AM) for those who are fasting. Good value for money and location. Will stay here again.

I have to say, the receptionist Bekbol at this place is a real gem! He's got a great sense of humor and had me laughing within seconds of walking through the door. But don't let his quick wit fool you - he's also an absolute pro when it comes to customer service. He took care of all my needs with lightning-fast efficiency and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I don't think I've ever had so much fun checking into a place before! If you're looking for a receptionist who can make you smile and get the job done, look no further.

“Great place!”
I loved everything. The staff was attentive and supportive. There was an ashtray on the balcony. The hotel is close to a mall, to a beautiful mosque, to a fancy square, countless shops and restaurants. The wifi had good speed. If I come back to Atyrau, for sure I will stay here again!
