Showers were either extremely cold or extremely hot in both of our rooms and the key cards for us and other hotel guests kept disableing. Which caused many uneccessary trips to the lobby.

“Fantastic hotel perfect for a grand get away”
We loved it. The staff were phenomenal from the concierge to the receptionist to the night manager to the waiters at Bahia and the lovely lady wishing us “Good morning” at breakfast. The garden as you enter is lovely. The pool areas (both indoor and outdoor) were great and spacious. The bedroom was lovely - we preferred the old rooms which were more grand - and had lovely balconies. The food and cocktails were great and it was good value for money.
