“Comfortable Stay”

Clean and helpful staff

First was what was good. And later why i had to give this a poor rating. The owner reached out and sent clear details. The manager too. He also was helpful and arranged an auto to pick and drop me and fixed the price. The room was clean and big and the property was new and well designed. As well as the bathroom. It felt like great location (20 mins drive from silent valley entrance). This place would have been perfect if not for.... What ruined it. But it was ruined by a group of men plus maybe the manager (not sure) having a drinks x karoke party with loud music, bass vibrations and terrible singing. I checked in late at night andit was hassle free and quick. I did tell the manager to put it off at ten pm. They just reduced the music but didn't stop. I couldn't enjoy the peace of night on the balcony. It finally stopped at 11pm. It also would have been very uncomfortable for only women guest/s or for a couple. To be in the middle of no where in the greenery with a group of men drinking and doing karoke late into the night next to them. .i didn't have a safety issue as a man and that's why i said to stop it at ten pm. Then when i tried have a bath, the water from the hot tap was dark and brown. Despite throwing away 3 buckets it was still dark. See photo. I had to use my wet wipe to freshen myself. I left early in the morning at 6 am so bath in the morning was out of the question. Perfectly great room, building quality, location and price ruined by not being able to have a bath.

“Great Stay, clean and excellent service”

The house, the ambience of the place and the wonderful staff. There always someone to help us for everything. The staff were very friendly. There was lady who came to the property in the morning and a man who stays on the property at night. If we need anything we just have to call them. Both of them provided excellent service. Very comfortable. If we were not on a tight schedule we would have stayed longer. We were really happy with our stay. Great communication with the owner as well.

Amazing property amidst greenery and beautiful views. Highly recommend this place if you want to rejuvenate. Rani- the staff there is quite helpful and friendly. The owner is quite prompt. Must visit.
