“Excellent! Would stay again!”
The hotel is located very close to the train station and there was even a bus from Haneda airport to Hon Atsugi station which was very convenient with all our bags. There are lots of restaurants, convenience stores and shopping in the area. We went into Tokyo for day trips and it was very smooth with various options. The rooms were clean with a fridge and TV and air conditioning. The rooms aren't massive but we had enough room for us. We had both double rooms and a room with two singles and of course the room with two singles was bigger but the double felt fine for two people. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was included and they had a nice little free toothbrush, hairbrush etc area near the front desk along with a vending machine. We are allowed to leave our bags there after check out before we moved on. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

“Depressing”
Depressing room. I wish they had mentioned in the room description that the window is practically non-existent. It's frosted, and even if it weren’t, all you’d see is a wall so close you could almost touch it. This was the least enjoyable experience of my trip to Japan.

“Convenient, great value for money”
Great location, convenient for Hon-Atsugi station and the airport bus as well. Really comfortable beds, and quiet - perfect for our needs. Also had a coin laundrette on site which we appreciated by the end of the trip. Friendly staff and free supplies of some toiletries in the lobby. Overall great value for money.

“Great location on Odakyu Line”
Location near the station on Odakyu line. Very convenient for side trips to hakone and Kamakura. Lots of food choices and convenience stores around the hotel. Comfortable room

“Comfortable and great staff and management”
The hotel is clean and the staff and management was very helpful. The online app made an error with my booking but when I got to the hotel the staff quickly resolved the issue even though it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very reliable and it was a comfortable stay.

“It was a very comfortable stay with the hotel location & the beds.”
This hotel is approx 100 meters to Hon-Atsugi station. The hotel is very clean & very helpful staff which some of them can speak English. By the way the room is little small which is a negative point but worth for the money. All the amenities required are provided. There are lots of restaurants of different authenticity around the hotel.The hotel is located in a very convenient place.

“Great location and value considering the location.”
Great location less than 10 minutes from the train station. Many restaurants and a shopping centre close by and two Familymarts just a few minutes walk away. Cleaning staff were great; you could just leave your used towels and garbage outside and it will be replaced with new ones in a bag hanging by the door -- a great system for everyone.
