The property listing on Booking.com lists a spa, and the photos show a spa. But the spa is not on the premises. We booked the hotel specifically because it advertised a spa. The listing and the photos are misleading. We should get a refund

Hospitality of the hotel members as well as facilities they provided was awesome and appreciable. Check-in and check-out formalities were very easy and smooth. Very Cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel for staying.
