Overview
Boasting an outdoor pool, the family-run Calergi Residence is located at a hill in Atsipopoulo Village, overlooking Rethymno Town. It features restored, stone-built accommodation with colourful paintings and pieces of traditional Cretan pottery. Free WiFi is available throughout. Fitted with hypoallergenic Coco-Mat beds and mattresses, all air-conditioned studios and split-level apartments of Calergi open out to a private balcony or terrace with pool or garden views. Each has a kitchen with dining table, combined oven and hobs, and a flat-screen TV. The stylish bathrooms offer free toiletries while a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers are also provided. Some units have a fireplace.Free coffee and unlimited refill, as well as treats are offered to the guests. Sun loungers are featured at the sun terrace by the pool. “Unique and full of character appartment with an excellent pool.”
The apartment was great - very unique and full of character. Swimming pool was excellent. The views from the balcony were great. The location was quiet as it was outside of Rethymo but would have been better with a car. We used the local bus and taxis which was okay. The town has restaurants, shops, supermarket (very close) with an excellent bakery next door with very friendly/helpful staff. The owner was very helpful and arranged a taxi to get us back to Chania. A very enjoyable stay!

“Perfect family holiday”
Great location in a typical small Greek village to visit both south and north of Crete. The residence is so beautiful, we enjoyed every moment there. It was really pleasant to have a swimming pool too. Manolis and Filitsa are incredible hosts. Manolis gave us precious tips on tavernas, bakeries, places to visit...And we could spend hours listening to Filitsa's stories! Thank you for the orange juices and sweet treats, all delicious!
