“Authentic charm”
Authentic Atins. In a town that is increasingly impacted by new developments, Acquamarina is an oasis of calm and nature. Rustic in all the right ways, with the utmost care and attention provided by Peter and his wonderful team. We were made to feel like part of the family. We were very comfortable in our room, with the natural ventilation and fan providing more than enough movement of air at night. Yes, the showers aren’t ‘hot’ - but believe me - the natural cool (not cold!) water after a hot and sweaty day in Atins? Absolutely perfect. The breakfast everyday was a particular highlight, with wonderful vegetarian and vegan options. I am missing that caponata! If we return to Atins, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you again!

Peter : his amazing food for breakfast. Peter was so help full to us to get around Atins, assisted us to book out transfer to Barreirinhas, gave us good recommandations of the surroundings. Wonderful experience staying with Peter. He is an exceptional host, a terrific breakfast cook and a really great human being. We loved the laid back and relaxed vibe, the simple but thoughtful design of Casa Aquamarina, but most of all being introduced to Atins by someone who is so passionate, knowledgeable and positive.

“Charming Pousada with Kind-Spirited and Fun-Loving Hosts”
The host and the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, and fun-spirited. The Pousada is charming eco-architecture construction surrounded with gardens, and has very comfortable beds. I very much enjoyed my stay here, and would again for my next stay in Atins.

Peter's place is beautifully designed and very comfortable. It's very close to the centre of Atins. The breakfast was amazing and the chats were great! Would definitely recommend!

“Perfect”
I loved this place so much… Peter was so nice, the garden is so beautiful and peaceful. The rooms and bathroom have just what you need and the whole place is really quiet. I was always welcomed with a coffee and a piece of cake. I just wish I could have stayed more !! Thank you !

“Perfect”
I stayed in Casa Acquamarina for 3 nights with my girlfriend and we loved everything! Starting with our host Peter! He's such a heartwarming presence. Always a good company, and has some great tips on what to do in Atins. He also goes out of his way to keep his pousada respectful of surrounding nature, and cooks incredible breakfast every day. Made mostly with homegrown products! The room itself was simple and confortable, everything we were hoping for. Thank you Peter, and hope to see you again. Be it in Atins or elsewhere :)
