“well located hotel with good premisses”
Although I was put first in a room with an unconfortable matress I was relocated to a better one. The linings were not as clean as I expected, altough there were not that bad.

The location is very convenient, there are stafies that are so good and kind but there are some that dont even answer your greeting, most of them are very nice. The breakfast is very nice. It was our second time at Faro Hotel, our first time was incredibly good, the second one was good. We recommend.

“Good but breakfast could be better”
After 8.30 you cannot count on having a complete breakfast. They ran out of items and didn’t replenish, eg Pao de queijo, rocambole. Even though the breakfast is said to be until 9.30. Really disappointing.

Hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Night staff needs urgent training on costumer attendance. They need to understand that they are not doing favor to us. That’s what is seems.
