The cooked breakfast was excellent and I could also have availed of a wide selection of cereals if I wanted. I was served filtered coffee which was excellent . An unexpected extra was the high quality marmalade that was also provided , I did n't ask but I suspect that this was artisan or home made marmalade as it was so good.

Teresa made the stay excellent. The location was ideal, we were attending a wedding in the Athlone Springs. The breakfast was delicious, beds were so comfortable and Teresa even timed the heating so our room was lovely and warm but not too hot for sleep. I would highly recommend. A lovely traditional Irish B&B!

Traditional old fashioned Irish hospitality; very welcoming; a good breakfast. Notwithstanding being part of a pub there was no problem with noise. I slept soundly.

breakfast was cooked fresh and very well, served to us in a nice cosy dining room, the bedroom was large and spacious comfy bed very clean and tidy throughout. would certainly stay here again !!!!

Breakfast excellent. Lovely host. Home made brown bread for breakfast which was cooked to order. Old charm decor in this lovely reclaimed building which once was an old mill. Delicious pizza available in the car park of the Mill Pub on the Friday night we stayed. We were made to feel very welcome.

Warm welcone, very quiet and convenient location, good shower, comfortable bed. Easy access to the ring road. Mobile Pizza van on Friday night.

The Mill Bar was a lovely place to stay with a traditional Irish bar full of character and charm. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. The host was a lady who made the place feel homely and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice and filling.
