“Stunning scenery and delightful service”
Amazing service, breathtaking view, respected privacy, flawless design, diverse and delicious food - everything was at the highest level! One of my best stays considering the effort the service team made. I would like to thank the resident manager, Sajimon Joseph - for an excellent job with the team, communication, and arrangements. Also, I appreciate the great professionalism of restaurant manager Abin Davis. Can’t say thanks enough to the waiters team: Vishnu B (helped with food choices, remembered preferences), Akhil Benny (very friendly and sweet, always willing to help), Adityan (remembers my taste, very open and nice). Many thanks to the chef and kitchen team for delicious meals! (could be very spicy sometimes though) My personal favourites are appam and dosa for breakfasts, fish dishes (Kerala fish has great taste), tender paneer pakora, Kerala paratha with both a thin crisp texture and rich taste; also, the ice cream was really great. The front desk team made my stay really comfortable and enjoyable. Venkat P was very helpful and responsive, I appreciate it a lot. Akhil and Akshia were always sweet. Manoos - the driver - was very kind and eager to help. Summing up, I had a delightful stay in this beautiful hotel, indeed memorable.

The location and staff were amazing. 10/10. We had a very good time. Cannot stress how helpful and accommodating the staff were. We felt very well taken care of to the point that our 3 year old still talks and asks about Abin and the other staff.

“Excellent Stay !!!”
New Year Eve's Dinner, Song & Dance Program and Fireworks - Great way to usher in the New Year. Food was very tasty and the spread was great. Check in and Check out was smooth. All the staff members were very cordial and the services provided by them were beyond expectations.

“Worth the money”
Excellent location, very good food, very polished and polite staff. Rooms were very clean and the balcony had the best view of the Athirapally waterfalls. Absolutely out of this world experience. Other facilities like swimming pool were world class.

“Awesome views and service”
Really great service from the team. Chef was able to tailor our meals. When we had a problem with our bed it was quickly resolved. View from room and dining area was spectacular, fully showing off the falls.
