The surroundings are safe, quiet, and exceptionally clean, and Kostis was a tremendous source of information, and he did everything possible to make my stay as good as possible. I can definitely recommend staying here. The fact that the apartment is on ground floor, is also an asset for anyone travelling, and especially for people with mobility issues

Everything you need is just a short walk away – from historic sights to lovely cafés and shops. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, even organizing our transport without us having to worry about a thing. Truly a wonderful stay – highly recommended! :)

Central location! Owner is nice and responsive to us through our our stay (on WhatsApp). You can request the owner to arrange transportations from and to the airport at a standard price. We enjoyed our stay in this accommodation.

“Fantastic location in the heart of Plaka! April 2025”

The apartment is in a fantastic location, in a quiet and safe street with lovely local restaurants (selling traditional greek dishes) and shops only a few minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and it was a nice touch to meet Natalie and have crossiants left out for us upon arrival. We really enjoyed being immersed in the friendly neighbourhood celebrating Easter over the duration of our stay and we enjoyed the main historical sites of Athens being within walking distance of the apartment. The Parthenon and Acropolis museum were amazing. The host Kostis was wonderful, being very responsive by text mssage and incredibly helpful thoughout our stay, even arranging our taxi back to the airport. We spent 5 days here and could have happily stayed longer. We would highly recommend this apartment in Plaka for its location in this delightful part of Athens with friendly locals and the most pleasant and helpful host.

“Close to Parthenon”

The property was close to the Parthenon (within a few minutes walk). Many food options nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and very quiet at night which was great. Kostis the owner was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay the apartment was well furnished and had lots of amenities. We would 100% stay again.

Excellent hosts. The communication from the booking was brilliant and so thorough. Kostis sent me a very easy instructions on how to access the building and popular sights and even which restaurants had the best views of the Acropolis. He even helped us with information for the ferry trip to Ageina island. The apartment was clean and cosy. A travel cot was left for our 18 month old toddler. Although the travel cot didn't fit in the bedroom this wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was well equipped and if anything was missing, Kostis dropped it off to us straightaway. The bathroom was slightly smaller than expected but still fine and the water was lovely and hot. The towels were even replaced halfway through our stay, which was a lovely touch. We did have some issues with the tumble dryer (even though we followed the relevant instructions) but this definitely wouldn't stop us from staying here again. Plaka is definitely one of the nicest, safest areas in Athens especially with children. There was also a supermarket only 2 minutes walking distance and a cafe too. The other shops were also within 5-10 minutes walk. There is also a place around 10 minutes away to store luggage on the day you check out. I would stay here again if i was in Plaka.
