Overview
Villa Politia is situated in Athens’ most exclusive neighborhood, overlooking the entire city. It features a private pool and provides free private on-site parking. The villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms on the top floor and a romantic attic with its own WC. It also has 2 living areas, the one with a large kitchen, dining hall and seating area, and the second one with direct access to the private pool and garden. Villa Politia also includes fireplaces, an elevator, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs , a bar and sun beds to relax by the pool. Upon request, property can assist with car rental, wine tours and grocery delivery. Cooking lesson by a chef can be also arranged. The centre of Athens is 20 km away, while the Mall Athens is only 7 km away. Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport is 20 km from the villa. Within a 30-minute drive, you will reach Piraeus Port connecting to all the neighbouring islands.

“Overall, it was a fantastic stay”
The house is absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and perfect for a family with three children. There was more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and cutlery, and the large refrigerator with an ice maker was a real luxury — especially appreciated on hot summer days! From the house, the view of Athens was simply stunning. The swimming pool was fantastic — deep, crystal clear, and with almost no chlorine smell. Pool towels were soft and comfortable, and the bed linen in all the rooms was perfectly clean. The only improvement I would suggest is replacing some of the towels, as a few had yellow stains (most likely from sunscreen), which are impossible to wash out. host was incredibly welcoming. He greeted us personally, gave us a tour of the house, and explained how everything worked. He had prepared six bottles of drinking water for us, kindly allowed us to choose a bottle of wine from the wine cabinet, and even surprised the children with a fresh watermelon. There was also a first aid kit placed in an accessible spot, along with very detailed information about nearby attractions, restaurants, and other useful recommendations. We also loved that the house was thoughtfully prepared for children, with table football and other fun games available. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we are very grateful for the wonderful 9 days we spent here. Highly recommended!

“Super villa, super host, a recommendation!”
We loved the spacious villa, with a nice refreshing pool overlooking Athens. Since it is in the mountains, it's a little cooler than the city which was great. We stayed with 7 guests, but there is room for many more! Good restaurants within 10-15 mins drive and you're at the beach in 30 mins. A great place to stay if you are looking for some R&R with family and friends!

The facilities are old, bathrooms not functioning properly. It is much worse in reality than it appears on the pictures. The villa has a coffee machine but they tax extra for every coffee you drink.
