“Great location, great host, stylish townhouse”

Loved the location .. within walking distance of acropolis etc & restaurants; but just far enough away to still be quiet. Very modern & ‘chic’ townhouse. Also loved the very communicative & helpful host Tatiana .. her restaurent recommendations were all excellent. Good value for money.

We had an excellent stay at the townhouse. Two things stand out the most, perfect location and very helpful and responsive host. We stayed for 2 nights and the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

I loved the location all the main attractions were within walking distance but it was far enough away to be nice and quiet. Good supermarket and pharmacy just 4 minutes away. The house was clean and very homey.Tatiana the host was amazing recommending all the good sites, shops and restaurants. When our daughter needed medication she helped to get us sorted straight away and even called to the house to check on her. For a fee Tatiana organised a taxi to and from the airport and our driver was lovely giving us tips for our stay. It was perfect from start to finish

Our stay at the resort was absolutely amazing! Tatiana is more than just a host—she's marvelous. Always available and ready to answer any questions, she provided us with all the tips we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment had everything we could ask for: it was super cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The curtains in the bedroom were perfect, ensuring complete darkness for a good night's sleep, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. There are plenty of fantastic places nearby to enjoy a fancy dinner or grab some snacks. Tatiana went above and beyond by sharing links, maps, and recommendations for everything—from bars and cafes to pharmacies, restaurants, and bakeries with delicious local food. It was our first time in Athens, and it couldn’t have been better. Even on our last day, when we left the apartment to visit another island Tatiana had suggested, she promptly sent over more recommendations and links for places to visit! Tatiana, you truly deserve a gold star as a host. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

“Lovely, would definitely stay again. Beautiful bedroom.”

We knew the location, so we knew where to get breakfast. The only downside was there was not enough tea and coffee in the containers in the apartment. There were two tea bags

Very nice property with an attentive host. The apartment is very close to the main attractions and many streets with restaurants and cafes. It’s amazing that you can walk to the center and, yet, the apartment is on a quiet street. The bedroom is bright and spacious and very clean. We loved having breakfast in the beautiful balcony. We would definitely stay again if back to Athens.

The location was great. Many nice restaurants and cafes close by. Calm area but walking distance from main attractions. Easy to access. Perfectly clean. Ease to communicate with Tatiana who was super helpful to us. The authenticity of the appartement with the room upstairs and the balcony. We greatly appreciated that we could store our luggages. The washing machine and all the commodities were wonderful! Highly recommended!

Tatjana was a true super-host : communication was super easy from booking until departure, she gave us lots of useful information and good recommendations. The townhouse is super spacious and well equipped as seen on the pictures. Even in a difficult situation caused by a neighbour she helped without hesitation and took care about making our stay as relaxed and remarkable as we could wish for. Efcharistó Tatjana! M + J P.S.: The Thissio-area is the perfect mixture: close to the famous sights but also not too crowded or noisy. A few steps towards south will bring you to a bunch of excellent restaurants with just few tourists but lots of locals.

“Lovely people & place”

Tatiana was responsive, generous and extremely helpful. She met us at the property to let us in (rarely done these days!) and we had wonderful welcome gifts, a free airport ride and great recommendations. The apartment itself is exactly as it looks, has many balconies and even has a wonderful neighbour & little dog next door that helped us when we were locked out. Highly recommend!

Everything was just perfect. Tatiana met us upon arrival to hand over the keys. She was very nice and helpful. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and easy to reach by metro from the airport. The area is quiet and outside the busy center, however, very close to the center.
