“Nice apartment”

Everything was very clean and the apartment was well designed and equipped. There was enough utilities in the kitchen and even salt, pepper, oil and different teas and coffees! The owner of the house and the cleaner were both super nice and helpful. There is a supermarket next door. The metro station is in walking distance and in the area and around the metro station there are a lot of cafes and shops

“Cosy apartment on the quiet street”

The apartment is small, but very cosy. There is well equipped kitchen with the stove as well as dinnerware, pans, pots and glass.There were also condiments on the counter and some welcome snacks on the table. The bathroom was tiny but sufficient. However, the shower head could be attached a little higher which we are used to.0 The bed in the living room was extra comfortable due to thick mattress. There is also a balcony with 2 seats and the table. The contact with host was excellent and check- in instructions clear and easily understandable. The apartment is located about 25 min walk from the city center on the little hill. You can see Acropolis when you step down 2 blocks. There is a market next door which has eveything needed.

“Great place”

My favorite stay. Spent here two weeks. The location is great, 8-10min to metro. The appartment is very clean and have everything you need. I also had very nice wellcome snacks and had great advices about place to eat and to shop. Supermarket is just downstairs and in some days there is morning street market just on that street. Hope to come back again!

Clean, quiet, very responsive owners. The neighbourhood is decent and we can walk to nice restaurants, bakeries and the supermarket is next to the house.

Great location, basically in the center but on a quiet street, many restaurants nearby, supermarket downstairs. The apartment was clean and perfect for two people space wise, comfortable bed, loved the little balcony. Great communication from the hosts. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Location was excellent. Ample space for two. Supermarket next door. Great for a fun stay in Athens. Loved it's residential setting. Easy to reach all sites we wanted to visit.

“Cosy little place for couple.”

The place was really cosy and beautiful. Had everything we needed for some little cooking, we loved the Sandwich grill. Bed was really good for our sleeping. Bathroom was 9.5/10 only thing that was missing is showerhead holder. There was little street noise that didn't bother, at night it was quiet. On Monday morning there was marketplace on our street which was especially awesome. There is grocery store 10 meters from the apartment door, couldn't be happier about that. Host was helpful and we didn't have any complaints. Would come here any day again.

The apartment was very well equipped, with a lot of space for 2 people. It was clean and had many extras. The small balcony was nice and lovely to have breakfast in the mornings The location was good if you look to be away from the city center in a quiet neighborhood, but with everything close-by (supermarket, shops, main tourist attractions, etc.)

Clean comfortable modern apartment. Really nicely decorated. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy. Quiet area at night with authentic Greek economical restaurants near by, 3 min walk. The location was perfect to walk to the Acropolis and the beating heart of Athens city centre, about 20 min walk. There were cool and trendy coffee bars near by. Our hosts were immediately contactable and very friendly and kind to support our stay. Very happy experience. Highly recommend.

“Clean and comfortable”

Place was so clean and well appointed. There were 3 of us (2 adults and a 5 yo) and we had lots of room. The clothes line was very useful. The hosts left food and drink for us in the fridge which was amazing as we arrived late into Athens and our daughter was unwell. The lift in the building works, but is a little odd to use. Needed though if you have large bags as it's up 3 flights of stairs.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the owners. Good situation. It was a bed-sitting room but of hood size. There was a convenient balcony. Spacious kitchen with two coffee machines. Would gladly stay there again.

The place was really clean, it was in a great area with locals only, but only a few steps away from Acropolis. As a solo female traveler, I haven't had any security issues in the neighborhood. The owners were super friendly on WhatsApp. There were towels, shampoos, shower gel, hair dryer, and even cotton pads. There were free tea, coffee, and snacks in the kitchen. Overall I'm super happy with this place.

“Attention to details, excellent value for money”

The mini-apartment is conveniently located in the center of Athens, within 15 walking minutes from the Museum of Akropolis, 25 min away from Monastiraki. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. There is a supermarket next to the shop and a couple of tavernas nearby. Every detail to make your stay more enjoyable is being taking care of by the host (I mean there were even handcream and nail polish remover available!). The kitchen is also very well-appointed, espresso machine with capsules and a wide selection of tea available. The only drawback I can think of is perhaps the distance to the metro or trolleybus station and the absence of parking space in the area (if you travel by car). But it is by far one of the best value for money accommodation options I’ve ever had and I highly recommend it!

My husband and I had a fantastic time staying at the CucuWow in September 2023. The property was modern, clean and highly functional. We really appreciated the small details, for example the coffee machine with coffee capsules, and the milk, water and biscuits the owners left for us. We were there for a wedding, so it was very convenient that the apartment also had an iron and ironing board. The property is very well located as well, and there is a very nice cafe serving breakfast and lunch a few minutes away (Lostre Cafe). Will definitely stay here again when we return to Athens, and would recommend it to anyone!
