I had a wonderful stay at this place. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and spoke English very well, which made communication easy. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and friendly. The place was very clean, and hygiene was clearly a top priority. I also felt very safe during my stay. The location was perfect, only about a 2-minute walk to the metro station that connects directly to the airport. Everything was just great.

The host was so friendly! He had great tips about restaurants and supermarkets! The beds were also very comfortable and the location in Athens is great! Just outside of the tourist centre but a lot of great places in the neighbourhood and not expensive at all! We really enjoyed our stay :)

I highly recommend this host's place! The landlord was incredibly warm and welcoming—not only did he allow us to check in early, but he also kindly treated us to delicious Iranian-style soup and his own homemade grilled chicken wings, which were absolutely tasty. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, featuring a large balcony filled with various plants and flowers, overlooking a small square outside. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed: reliable hot water in the bathroom, and a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes, making it very convenient for cooking. Located right in the city center, the apartment offers great transportation access—there’s a subway station right at the doorstep, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely encourage others to book here!

Loved meeting Javad and Andrea , they were the loveliest most helpful hosts. Great location right by the metro and easy to get everywhere. Communications and directions were excellent and our room was large and spacious.

Mr.Javad an exceptional host, only 50 m from metro, still a quiet green oasis, supermarket, bakery & restaurants on the corner; a must: ask your host for direction to the fish restaurant.

The room was incredibly warm and comfortable, with a fantastic garden balcony! Our landlady was incredibly welcoming and gave us tons of recommendations for fun things to do in Athens! It was truly the best and most comfortable stay we've had in Europe. Highly recommended!!!

The metro station is right next door, so transportation is very convenient. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just downstairs. The host is incredibly friendly and cheerful. I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience!

Javad was absolutely lovely, super responsive host with loads of useful information and great tips for getting around and seeing the most of Athens. He sat down with us and hand drew us a map with all the best places to eat, sites to see and explained the best way to get between each point of interest. He was incredibly kind and generous, and with his instructions the apartment was very easy to find. The souvlaki restaurant just downstairs a few doors up has the best gyros and falafel we tried in Athens. The room was spacious with plenty of storage for bags and clothing, the bed was big and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and the window let in lots of natural light and the cool evening breeze when we wanted. The shared bathroom had a good size shower and we were able to use the washing machine which was super appreciated. The shared kitchen and living space were cozy and had everything we needed. Elevator to the 4th floor very convenient.
