We actually didn't stay at Petaluda House 5 as there was incident with water flooding. We were directed to another location very close by. We were very happy with everything

“I recommend this place, everything was very good. However, I would not recommend leaving valuables in the room.”
Very convenient location, the room was very clean, bathrooms and showers were spotless, modern, and there were even more than needed (three in total). There is also a well-equipped shared kitchen. I really appreciated the possibility to check in at night for an extra fee. Cleaning was done in the room every second day. The air conditioning was also a big plus.

The bathrooms are shared, but het were ver very clean, allá of the apartement and the room is very clean. The tenant is a very nice and attentive person The neighboorhood seemed really quiet, and the apartement is really close tobthe metro station, you justo go through one park and you get to the station. Also there is a small super market across the park, really good location.

I was a bit worried about this accommodation but it blew me away. Why? SUPER clean (and I mean Super Clean) and in very good repair. These units are very professionally run and maintained. It was simple but all that I wanted or needed. Location was only a few feet from a park and subway station. Within 2 blocks great bakeries and coffee as well as 3 small grocery stores, restaurants etc. At night the area is a little sketchy. Heart of Athens is aprox. 10 minutes by subway and 45-60 minute walk. GREAT Value. Would Highly recommend!

Great location, no problems at all. Very clean and comfortable. Extern Garage for Motorbike/Cars is one street away. The same with the Metro station. Check in was good after a phone call and we got Hints where to go to visit Athen and to eat (It was great). We can recommend it.

“Recommended if you stay in Athens!”
The beds were comfortable and it has ac, 15/20 min walking to the city center. The toilet and the kitchen are nice, the neighborhood during night is different but we didn’t feel unsafe. In general the prices was good for what you get maybe some euros cheaper would be better
