Overview
Located in the Vyronas district of Athens, the family-operated Pagration Hostel offers dormitory beds without curfew. It features free Wi-Fi access and a shared kitchen just 1.5 km from Constitution Square. After a day of city exploration, Pagration’s lounge area offers a pleasant place to curl up with a book from the hostel’s exchange book service or enjoy one of its table games. Guests can use the communal kitchen to prepare their own meals. A washing machine, dryer and hot water are available 24/7 for a charge, while valuables can be safely stored away in deposit boxes. Pagration Youth Hostel can offer travel and sightseeing assistance to guests from its tour desk. This Athens hostel is less than a 10-minute walk from Kallimarmaro Stadium, where the first modern Olympic tournament took place. Evangelismos Metro Station is one km away.

“An excellent choice for a short stay”
An affordable hostel, especially for a last minute booking, or a short stay. The staff was really kind and friendly, also very helpful with everything you may need, they made you feel like home. The whole unit, along with the dorms, was very clean I will probably choose it again for a short stay.

“Good value for money”
George + other staff were very welcoming and gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do in Athens. I stayed in a 5 bed female only room with a friend and we had a nice time getting to know eachother (also helped by the social spaces downstairs - living room/kitchen/open area). Shower and toilet facilities were clean and perfectly fine.

The guy that runs it is absolutely wonderful! He made me feel so welcome and recommended great restaurants with vegetarian options. Honestly great value for money!

“Excellent”
Excellent place. Good rooms. Nice staff. Great wi-fi. Lockers with keys, you don’t need your padlock with you. Good kitchen. Lidl nearby. Many cafes too. Half hour walk to the city center (Monastiraki).

“I would definetly recommend it to anyone who wants a hostel close to all of the sights as wells as one whete you can mee”
The Host George was really nice and had some great tips as well as recommandations for things to do around athens. The other employees were trally friendly as well. Most of the other guests were super nice and the whole atmosphere is very social.
