Owner was very rude and shouted at a group of 4 of us for having bikes in boxes. 3 out of 4 of this group had mentioned this already when booking which was accepted . All 4 of us quickly moved hotel .

I would highlight the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful, attentive, and eager to assist. I would also like to highlight the breakfast; it was quite good and plentiful (being a buffet)..

We were extremely satisfied with everything during our stay. The hotel is in a great location, and our room featured a huge rooftop terrace overlooking the city center, which was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, hearty, and offered a great variety every day. A special thanks to the staff – they were exceptionally kind and helpful. Since we had an early flight on our last day and had to miss breakfast, they specially prepared a breakfast box for us with sandwiches, fruit, and pastries. It was a very thoughtful gesture!

The room was clean with modern bathroom facilities. The staff were all very friendly and good natured. The whole hotel is very well presented and has a quiet ambience. It's location is quite central, and quiet at night.

It is located at very good location. Nearby to metro station (2 min walk). Everything was available nearby ( resturants, stores, bars, bakery). Had a good view from the balcony. Breakfast variety was also amazing. Very cooperative and friendly staff.

The workers were amazing!!!! The rooms were clean and well preserved. The breakfast was more than basic an, I enjoyed it. The only thing is that it’s a little bit far on foot from the centre but it’s right next to the metro station. We enjoyed our stay very much

Great location for public transport, and a short walk to the city centre. Staff were helpful - had quick and friendly check-in. The room was relatively basic, but clean and comfortable, and very good to have a small balcony and be able to stand outside. Breakfast was decent. The lobby / ground floor area was very nicely presented with vintage and antique items. The photos on booking.com are an accurate reflection - and it looks great at night with the blue neon - you will not miss the location!

Metro 3 minutes walk. All the gentlemen at the reception were very kind and flexible. They were very helpful. Fast check-in. Breakfast was absolutely fine. Fast WiFi. Very clean, daily cleaning and towel change. Special thanks to the lady on the 7th floor, who worked a miracle in the room every day. ❤️Thank you. We also loved the huge balcony, from which the panorama was beautiful. :)) I have already been to Katerina Hotel in 2023 and that is why we went back with a group of friends. But next time we go to Athens, we will definitely enjoy Katerina Hotel. :)

“Great base.”

Great base to explore the main sights of Athens. Staff were friendly. Rooms were good. We had the family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enough space for the 5 of us for a few days. Breakfast options were good. Close to metro station and had a few cafes and restaurants nearby. We were able to park our car in the locked outdoor car park which was great.
