Overview
Quietly located in Paleo Faliro Area, Artistic villa with modern decoration, stone features and wooden flooring. Just 500 metres from the sea, it opens to a furnished balcony with garden views, while WiFi is offered throughout. The spacious villa includes a living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and DVD player. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with 1 w.c., one with a spa bath and the other with a hydromassage shower. Air conditioning and a washing machine come standard. Breakfast is self catering. A variety of cafes, restaurants and bars lie along the coastline of Flisvos, within 500 metres of Artistic Villa Luxury. "Marina Flisvos" is really close and big play- children garden too. The closest supermarket is 80 metres away. Guests have the option to start their day with a breakfast with homemade marmalade and surprises of season time. The closest tram stop, offering direct access to Athens City Center, is within walking distance. Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is approximately 35 km away, and Piraeus Port is at a distance of 9 km. Acropolis is visible from the balcony.

“A beautiful villa with a great location and a wonderful host – highly recommended!”
A stylish, cozy, spacious, and very tidy villa – perfect for a big family or a group of friends. The location is excellent: the beach is within walking distance, and the center of Athens is only a short trip away by public transport. We traveled as a group of 10 people, and every one of us was impressed by the warm hospitality of the hostess, Anna. We enjoyed not only the high-quality accommodation but also felt the true Greek spirit here. We 100% recommend this villa!
