“Spacious and fabulously Greek!”

Spacious, 3 bedrooms and a massive lounge, old fashioned Greek feel throughout, fantastic location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the tram stop to Athens, good communication with Visilis. We'll definitely return soon

Comfortable and spacious apartment located at an excellent location only a few minutes away on foot from the beach. Communication with the host is effortless. Definitely highly recommended.

Standard city area. 200m from beach. Close to shops. Appartment is really big an you have enough space. Builiding is older so floors are wooden and you hear every step also from neighbours. i would exchange matteraces/bed since its too soft, but it's my subjective opinion.

Apartement was very good . Apart from the apartment Vasilis the host is super cooperative and kind person , he was always available . Very helpfull and supportive. As if he seats with his whatsapp to answer the guests needs really good host .

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The neighborhood is one of the best in Athens and just a two-minute walk from the sea. The apartment is huge, beautiful, and very clean. The beds were perfect for truly resting, and there was always hot water. It’s an elegant and comfortable place that feels like a real home. I will definitely come back! This has become my favorite spot ❤️

Good location 5 minutes walk to beach. Bakery and supermarket very close by. Great tram system 5 minutes walk. Could access Athens centre by tram 20 minutes, Great restaurants and taverns close by..Access pireus in 20 minutes also if taking a fetrry Choice of 4 small unspoilt beaches within 5 minutes walk from apartment. Good value for money with very comfortable beds. Host eay to contact and very helpful.

“Very relaxing and just what I needed. My fourth trip to Athens, a quiet area near the beach ideal.”

Location was close to the beach yet easy accessible by cheap public transport into the tourist areas. Lovely balcony and a quiet location. The apartment is huge with a very big lounge and two double bedrooms, a single bedroom , good shower and the kitchen has everything you need. There is an elevator to the second floor where the apartment is located, quite small but it works fine. Supermarket is close, two streets away next to a tram stop and there is a convenience store literally 30 metres from the apartment for odd items. Public transport is very cheap into the tourist areas and by the beach is a bus from stop Edem to the airport (about one hour 5 Euros) every 30 minutes .

Very large space, close to the beach and the local restaurants and market. Very quiet and pleasant location. A 70's style apt with furniture of the period and earlier, coarsely painted with chalk paint but still interesting. If better looked after it can be turned into a very impressive apt to spend a weekend with family or friends. It can easily accommodate 8 people. Despite its mishaps, the apt leaves you with a feeling of nostalgia, a sense of romance, which is probably due to the beautiful light that shines through its threadbare curtains and the stories the furniture whispers in your ears...
