We rarely write reviews, but this demands a truly outstanding rating. Go through all the details- amazing spaciousness, beautiful furnishings, marble bathrooms, comfortable king size bed; add a large balcony with sofas and tables, then add a central location in the heart of Athens. What more could you wish for? Just the one ingredient that makes all the difference- and one that can’t be designed in. That’s “incredible hospitality” It’s absolutely personal. Alex clearly just loves making his guests feel totally cared for. Ask about the best local restaurants, and Alex will walk with you round half a dozen nearby , and over a coffee, will chat about whatever you might need or want to know to make your stay just brilliant. That’s hospitality- the human touch makes all the difference to a perfect place.

Very unique loft. Super artistic designed with modern new facilities. The loft can be divide to 2 bedrooms if needed. It has 2 toilets and shower and all you need in the kitchen. We loved the big balcony overlooking the area. Location is center of Athens with plenty of restaurants and small shops, also close to ermou st.

I've travelled to many countries and used booking for hotels and apartments a lot. I have to say Alex's ApArt Suite is one of the best! This is the second time for me to stay in Athens, I tried to find an apartment close to Acropolis. ApArt has the greatest location, since it's on the street that everything's under 5 mins walk. It has a huge inner space, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a big bedroom. The balcony is my favorite, not too hot for having a cigarette and perfect for a cup of tea while having a glance of the lovely city. The apartment has everything I need, and most importantly, the rate is very reasonable! Alex the owner also provided the warmest welcome during my stay. I have every question answered, and I know I was in good hands. Alex made my trip in Athens smooth and comfortable. I would definitely come back to Athens, for its great view, good food, and lovely people. Alex's ApArt will always be my choice!

Me and wife stayed with 2 kids. The apartment has everything you need. They took care about all details in kitchen, bathroom. We have had water, vine, beer waiting for us. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Bed made of sofa is good. I slept well. The bathroom are new and clean. All apartment is very clean and it is like new. The Aleks host is great. Since he had not new people coming we could check out any time. The location is perfect. Public Garage is 100m from apartment and everything you need to see is 10-20 min walking. the Groceries and the public market are 5 min from apartment where you can buy all needed

The apartment is clean, big and well equipped. Alex the host is very kind, generous and attentive to any request. We received lots of tips and information which were very helpful. The apartment location is outstanding. It's in the center and everything is accessible so no need for a car or even public transportation.

Exemplary experience start to finish. Alex’s communication and attentiveness were very appreciated. The accommodation itself can’t be beat for both location and the apartment itself. We were even treated to complimentary drinks! Bed was super comfy, bathroom products were divine and being surrounded by a significant art collection was the icing on the cake. The apartment was a perfect blend between a spacious art studio and a loft. Very comfortable, and unique. Our hosts Alex and Romanos were very helpful throughout the trip and everything we wanted to see seemed like only minutes away.

The apArt is ideally situated in Athens. Everything is accessible within walking distance. Great restaurants in the area. Very spacious which is ideal with kids. Pleasant to be surrounded by art pieces. Bathroom amneties provided are great. The owner Alex (and his team) is very friendly and answer to all your questions and needs.

A very wonderful accommodation experience, the space design, decoration style, every detail is thoughtful and beautiful. The homeowners and his wife have good taste and are very enthusiastic. They tried their best to help during the stay. For travel and leisure, it is a kind of enjoyment to live in this art-filled space.

Beautiful apartment, close to metro, restaurants, walking distance from the main tourist's attractions. We loved everything. There is everything in the apartment Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and a balcony, two separate bathrooms. Alex is an amazing host! Very attentive, I've asked him before our trip if he can recommend good restaurants, next day I had a list of local restaurants with descriptions and numbers to book if I wish. The apartment is located within walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants and bars . I've seen some comment that it was noisy due to nightlife. We didn't experience anything like that. The apartment is well soundproof . Of course if you decide to sit outside at the terrace you may hear people enjoying the evening but it isn't more than any centre of a capital city( we stayed from Thursday until Monday ). Highly recommend and definitely we will be back!

1) the apartment it self - it is bright, pleasant, very nicely decorated, with a large balcony - so that even being inside you can still belong to the vibrant Athens live (however the windows protects you very well from any noise outside) 2) the owner of the flat who gave us a very warm welcome so that we truly field that we know each other from a long time. this is probably the most important!
